I am originally from Russia and I moved to the U.S. when I was eight years old. I lived in Philly for about five years before my family then moved to Jacksonville FL, where I completed High School and then went on to finish my B.A. In Game Design Development at Full Sail University. I was exposed to games when I got my first Atari with a box full of cartridges from a flea market. Throughout High School, I played with simple scripting languages, like HTML, which eventually lead me to experiment with QBasic and all the way to C++. As my self-taught hobbies in both coding and gaming developed, I decided that it would make sense to do something for which I had both burgeoning skill and passion as a career. Coding + games = Game Programmer, and with that solid logic, I enrolled into the game design program at Full Sail and chose to inundate myself in classes, taking the maximum units possible and thoroughly enjoying the learning process (which I continue on as a professional to this day).

In addition to to working as a game programmer in Phildadelphia, I continue to develop side projects in order to stay on top of technology and my industry and because I find this field unendingly interesting. When I am not programming, you can find me staying active through hobbies like capoeira, yoga, explosive exercise and reading or watching documentaries on other subjects I also find fascinating, such as nutrition, physics and astronomy.
